Posted June 27th, 2014 @ 3:56pm

A respiratory therapist who worked at Bay Park Hospital will not face charges in the breech of private patient information. Toledo News Now reports Oregon Police won't bring charges against Jamie Knapp for improperly accessing private patient information due to a lack of evidence. The breech occurred back in April. Police say no financial information was compromised and there's no threat of identity theft. Knapp told police she accessed the information of patients she wasn't treating because she was just trying to help out. Knapp has resigned from her position at the hospital.
