McCain Could Again Cast Deciding Vote On GOP Health Bill

Senator John McCain could once again cast the vote that decides whether a GOP health care bill passes or fails.  The Arizona Republican's vote against July's so-called "skinny repeal" of Obamacare killed the measure.  McCain said he objected because the bill wasn't subjected to Senate rules known as regular order, with hearings, amendments, and floor debate.  McCain says he still has the same concerns.  He told Huffington Post yesterday that he doesn't want to have to just vote yes or no on one-fifth of the gross national product.

The bill is expected to come up for a vote next week.
