UH OH...something went wrong! Here are some quick fixes for Thanksgiving Day disasters.

1) Burned Turkey

Remove ALL the skin from the bird and slather on tons of butter and spices, turn the temp down 25-50 degrees and continue to cook.

2) Still Frozen

Fill the sink with COOL water and submerge the bird breast down. Soak for 30 minutes per pound and change the water every 20 minutes.

3) Dry Bird

AFTER carving, pour HOT chicken stock over the meat.
