Have you ever been given a scratch off lottery ticket as a present. I had this discussion with a friend last night and he got 10 Ohio Lottery tickets last year for a Christmas gift. He was disappointed (especially since none were winners) and thought it was a cheap way of giving a present without really giving one. Is this an "almost" gift or is it "the thought that counts?" We'll decide Monday morning at 6:45! Rick
