Paul Simon Gave Rare Permission For “AGT” Contestant To Sing "Bridge"

Paul Simon gave special permission for blind and autistic “America's Got Talent” contestant, Kodi Lee, to sing “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” The live shows started this week, and Kodi received the Golden Buzzer for his performance earlier this season.

Judge Simon Cowell said, "I want to thank Paul Simon, who never really gives permission for anyone to sing that song because it's very precious to him, and he gave (Lee) clearance within 30 minutes."
