As of right now, baseball officials may be considering moving all 30 MLB teams to Arizona where the 2020 season would be played in the empty stadiums.
This idea was discussed in a conference call that involved Major League Baseball executives and representatives. Sources say that officials are considering Arizona over Florida because the Grand Canyon State's 10 spring training ballparks and the Diamondback's Chase Field are located only 25 miles of each other.
Scott Boras believes that players are willing to do what is necessary, so as of right now they're shooting for a mid-May opening day.
