Now you have seen it all! Never put anything past someone with a long winter and some tools. A Florida man seen in a viral video cruising the streets of Jacksonville on a "jet ski" scooter! I can't believe all the attention he's gotten over his creation, but it is a bit unusual to witness this machine passing all the traffic on the Interstate. I guess he just couldn't wait until the Spring/Summer season got here to jet ski. He claims his creation is indeed street legal, safer than a motorcycle, and will cruise up to 70 miles per hour.
