If dealing with the Flint water crisis isn't bad enough...beginning this month, Flint residents must start paying their water bill in full again. Michigan has been covering about two-thirds of the cost for about a year now. But no more. Now that state officials have deemed the water safe, (which is still open to speculation) the subsidies disappeared on March 1st. So, you gotta' pay for water that you still might not want to drink.
