The holidays are finally here! Well, they are at Disney World, anyway.
Every year, on the day after Halloween, Walt Disney World transforms into a winter wonderland. As much as Florida can be turned into a winter wonderland, that is. One of the ways Disney brings the holidays to its theme parks is through its menu items. On Sunday (November 1), Karen McClintock, Food & Beverage Content Relations Manager, at Walt Disney Parks, unveiled the festive treats that will be available for the holidays this year in a blog post.
Whether you'll be visiting all, one or neither of the parks this holiday season, it's still fun to check out the fun culinary innovations being made in Walt Disney World. From the 'Let It Snow' dessert taco to Spiked Frozen Apple Pie, this list of holiday treats from Disney Parks Blog will leave your mouth watering.
Here are all the holiday treats you can find in Magic Kingdom:
- Twice Upon a Cupcake: A confetti Christmas tree tops a vanilla cupcake with a red velvet hidden Mickey (Available at Main Street Bakery Nov. 6 – Dec. 30)
- Let it Snow Taco: Sugar cookie “taco shell” filled with salted caramel and spiced chocolate mousse (Available at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe Nov. 6 – Dec. 30)
- An Orange Bird Christmas: Orange–scented white chocolate mousse filled with orange curd (Available at Sunshine Tree Terrace Nov. 6 – Dec. 30)
- Chip and Dale Christmas Churros: Gingerbread churros topped with apple pie filling and chocolate chips (Available at Westward Ho Nov. 6 – Dec. 30)
