Cliff Castle Chopper footage shows a helicopter rescue of injured hiker from Piestewa Peak in Phoenix. Whats worse than being injured in a hiking accident? Perhaps being rescued THIS WAY! WOW! This is footage of a helicopter rescue of a 74-year-old injured hiker that is "saved" from Piestewa Peak in Phoenix...but that rescue? Yikes! As if having to be rescued from a hike wasn't bad enough... then this happens. Apparently this is rather uncommon in this type of mountain rescue. Watch as the entire stretcher being pulled up by the chopper gets into a spiral that rivals any ride a Cedar Point!
