Don't you just hate getting an automated voice on the phone? It asks you for lots of information and then insists that you press numbers on the phone to continue the call. Most of the time, the automated call voice can't even understand you, or is totally incorrect about what you've said anyway! This time, the "automated caller" was actually a friend of the person on the other end of the line and lives in Georgetown, Ky. Obviously she has gotten more than a few of these annoying calls herself, because she does a spot-on job of mimicking the entire procedure.
