The man with his camera that is taking this footage is either the dumbest or bravest commentator I have ever heard! Perhaps he is in shock. Listen to how calm he is! He goes from room to room filming the ocean just outside his house which sits up on stilts 15 feet in the air. Look at his neighbors house! You know, when you are told to evacuate, you go!
