Weather reports are usually pretty tame, but that's not always the case. Sometimes a meteorologist might get angry at the newscast's anchors, or angry at fans of The Bachelorette, or they might lose their head. But what made one update on a snowfall in Madison County, North Carolina so good was something News 13 reporter Justin Hinton had no idea was going on. Hinton was using Facebook Live to alert viewers of road conditions in the area, but what he didn't realize was that he had accidentally activated a filter generator before beginning his report.
