Actress Cassandra Peterson has revived her spooky 80s hostess for a new PSA urging folks to party inside this Halloween. Trick-or-treating may be off limits this year, but Elvira points out you can still enjoy “costumes candy and celebration” in isolation! She’s delivered the PSA with a spooky tune, posted to her YouTube channel. Since we can all use some Spooky Fun right about now, I thought I'd post this for you.
